These terms apply to your use of clearcurrent.us and to services provided by Clear Current Exterior Cleaning ("Clear Current," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to them.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and what we can see of the property. If the job turns out to be materially different (for example, size, access, or heavy staining), we'll talk with you before doing extra work. Prices on this site or in ads are subject to change until a quote is confirmed.
Cleaning can reveal problems that were already there but hidden by dirt, such as oxidation, faded or failing paint, loose or cracked siding, worn sealant, broken window seals, rust, or permanent stains. We aren't responsible for these existing conditions or for results limited by them. Some stains (like rust, irrigation, or deep oil) may not come out completely, and we'll tell you if we expect that.
Outdoor work depends on the weather. If rain, wind or other conditions make it unsafe or would hurt the results, we may reschedule. We'll give you as much notice as we can, and we ask the same if you need to reschedule.
We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with any area we cleaned, let us know within 7 days of your service, and we'll come back and make it right at no extra cost.
Payment is due when the service is complete unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
We're fully insured. If you believe something was damaged during our service, please tell us within 7 days and allow us to inspect it before repairs are made. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the damaged item, and in no case more than the amount of the insurance coverage available.
Content on this site, including photos and text, belongs to Clear Current and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided "as is," and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it, to the extent allowed by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
